Qualification Required	:	Bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized University. The course is also open to those candidates who are in the final year of Bachelor degree. However, the granting of the Degree (PGDASL) is contingent upon the successful completion of the Bachelor degree by the candidate.
Subjects	:	Paper I – International Law Basis of Air and Space Law Paper II – Fundamentals of Air and Space Law Paper III – Emerging Issues in Air Law Paper IV – Emerging Issues in Space Law Paper V – Dissertation

Fee Structure :

Note :
The application fee and the registration fee must be sent along with the application form. The examination fee must be paid one month before the final examination. Examination fee for individual subject must be paid every year until the candidate passes that subject. Fees once paid would not be refunded.

Guidelines on Application and Payment of Application & Registration Fee :

• The Indian candidates must make the payment of fee by way of demand draft for Rs. 11,000/- (Rupees eleven thousand only) drawn in favor of 'WBNUJS PGDASL' payable at Kolkata. The filled in application form along with the demand draft must be sent to the contact address given below. Mention your name and contact number in the backside of the demand draft.
• The foreign / NRI candidates must make the payment of fee either by way of demand draft for US$ 600/- (United States Dollar six hundred only) drawn in favor of 'WBNUJS PGDASL' payable at Kolkata or in alternative, may make the wire transfer of US$ 600/- (United States Dollar six hundred only) to 'WBNUJS PGDASL' account. The details of the account for wire transfer are given below. Any cost involved in the payment of fee must be incurred by the candidates. The filled in application form along with the demand draft / wire transfer receipt must be sent to the contact address given below. Mention your name and contact number in the backside of the demand draft.
• The last date for submission of application form is 20 June 2014.
